Hassle-Free Returns
At ToughHold Tableware LLC, we want every customer to shop with confidence. If your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to assist with a return.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
Returned merchandise must:
- Be unused and in resalable condition.
- Include all original packaging.
- Be free from damage caused after delivery.
Items Not Eligible
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Personalized products.
- Clearance items marked as final sale.
- Products showing signs of use or misuse.
Refund Timeline
Once your returned package has been inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
